Desk Space Rental in an Open Plan Office
In addition to full office units, the KTI Centre also provides multiple and single serviced desk spaces for early stage entrepreneurs. This is a shared low-cost facility, ideal for project / idea testing, one-person start-ups and businesses needing immediate short-term office facilities.
It is an immediate start, "plug in and go" concept with flexible rental periods. Desks and office furniture are provided. Clients need only supply their own PC or Laptop.
Rental charges include: 3MB Broadband access, the cost of light and heat, cleaning, maintenance, etc., and full use of all Centre services including canteen and parking.
